Brian Valimont, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in human factors engineering and systems engineering with extensive experience in both industry and research. Currently serving as Principal Human Factors Engineer and Lead User Researcher at Arthrex since April 2019, Brian Valimont previously held significant roles at Honeywell Aerospace, including Principal Systems Engineer from 2012 to April 2019 and Research Scientist from 2007 to 2009. Other positions include Senior Human Factors Engineer at McKesson Provider Technologies (2011-2012), Research Associate III at SA Technologies (2009-2011), and Consultant at Dorris & Associates (2006-2007). Brian Valimont holds a Doctorate in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech (2003-2006), a Master of Science in Human Factors and Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (2001-2002), and a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (1995-2000).
