Leah Lewman is an experienced educator and freelance artist with a strong background in painting and drawing. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Maryland and Frederick Community College, Leah teaches various art courses, including introductory painting and intermediate drawing, as well as multiple levels of painting and 2D art and design. Additionally, Leah has been a freelance artist since 2017 and holds the position of Instructor of Record at the University of Arizona. Previous roles include Painting Department Technician at Salisbury University, where responsibilities included maintaining studios and assisting students, and various internships that provided experience in gallery operations and development. Leah holds a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Salisbury University.
