Troy Therien has a diverse work experience in the talent industry, primarily focusing on digital technology. Currently, they serve as the Managing Partner & Chief Strategy Officer at Artemis, where they lead the Digital Technology division and serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for the broader Artemis group. Prior to their current role, they were the Managing Partner of a start-up division delivering digital technology talent.

Before joining Artemis, Troy held various leadership positions at Randstad Digital US. Troy was the Vice President of the Midwest region, overseeing a $165M Technology talent and professional services business. Troy also served as the Regional Managing Director for the Illinois Region and successfully managed the integration of two teams during the Randstad-Spherion merger. Additionally, Troy started their career at Randstad as an Account Manager and later became a Branch Manager, achieving significant revenue growth and market rank improvement.

Prior to their tenure at Randstad, Troy briefly worked as a Technical Recruiter at LaSalle Network. Through their work experience, Troy has developed valuable skills in talent acquisition, relationship building, and strategic leadership in the talent industry.

Troy Therien completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from Southern Methodist University between 2004 and 2007.
