Gaëlle Caplier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical enablement and data science education. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Artefact, Gaëlle specializes in designing and deploying scalable learning products for CAC40 companies while also managing delivery teams and conducting sales through needs discovery calls. As a lecturer at Sciences Po and Paris-Dauphine, Gaëlle teaches courses on data and AI for business and data science for marketing analytics. Previously, Gaëlle worked as a Data Scientist at Dataiku, providing coaching on data science projects and delivering training sessions. Gaëlle also has experience in educational roles at VIVADATA and governmental institutions such as Sénat and Cour des comptes. Gaëlle holds a Master's in Public Policy from Sciences Po and has completed an exchange program at Monash University.
