Diksha Panchal is a seasoned Senior Executive with extensive experience in recruitment, currently working at Artech L.L.C. since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team of four recruiters and ensuring effective communication with clients such as Infosys, Amazon, JPMC, Accenture, and Boeing. Prior to this role, Diksha served as a Senior Executive and Technical Recruiter at Pacific IT Consulting Ltd. from December 2019 to January 2021, focusing on healthcare, banking, IT, and retail recruitment, and at Process Tech Management Consultants Pvt Ltd from April 2018 to November 2019, where involvement included full life cycle recruitment for various positions.
