Suryakumar P V S is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Social Projects at Art of Living, a Social Entrepreneurship Partner at The/Nudge Institute, Director at Grameen Foundation India, and a member of the Academic Council at Sparsh Global Business School, all since September 2023. Previously, Suryakumar held various key roles at NABARD - National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, including Deputy Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed supervising half of the organization's functions, and Chief General Manager positions overseeing operations in Karnataka, corporate communications, and business initiatives. Suryakumar also represented NABARD in New Delhi for policy advocacy and pioneered the Kisan Credit Card initiative for farmers. An educator and researcher earlier in the career, Suryakumar holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from Staffordshire University and Master of Science in Plant Genetics from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, among other degrees in agriculture.
