Petr Morugin has a diverse work experience in the field of design and project management. Petr started their career as an intern at Art. Lebedev Studio, where they quickly rose through the ranks and gained experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Head of Department. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, delivering projects, and converting client needs into project requirements. Petr also served as Deputy Director, where they provided strategic and operational financial planning and tracked performance indicators. Currently, Morugin holds the position of Chief Product Officer, where they are accountable for the profitability of in-house developed products. Before joining Art. Lebedev Studio, they co-founded Automated Business Solutions LLC and worked as a web designer, web developer, and project manager.

Petr Morugin completed their postgraduate studies in Economics and national economy management at Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Specialist's Degree in Economics with a focus on Information Technology in Economics from the same institute, graduating in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Petr Morugin has also attained several certifications. Petr obtained a certification in Data-driven product management from GoPractice, Inc in August 2021. In November 2020, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Petr also completed Project Management II and Project Management I course at the EY Academy of Business in September and August 2020, respectively.
