Saskia Baum is currently a Senior Investment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate. Prior to this, Saskia worked as an Investment Manager at Hines and Niersberger Wohn- und Anlagenbau, where Saskia focused on project development and acquisitions. With a Master of Science in Immobilienwirtschaft from the University of Regensburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Immobilienwirtschaft from Berufsakademie Sachsen / Staatliche Studienakademie Leipzig, Saskia has a solid educational background in real estate. In their previous role at terraplan Immobilien- und Treuhand GmbH, Saskia was involved in project development and sales.
