David Childs has worked as a Technical Project Analyst at ARServices since September 2021. Prior to that, they were employed by Zel Technologies LLC from August 2017 to September 2021, where they served as a Signatures SME.

David Childs obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1984 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Technology Management at George Mason University, which they completed from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they hold a certification in Federal CIO from the U.S. Federal CIO Council.
