Sofia Kyriazopoulou Panagiotopoulou is currently working as the Director of Computational Biology & ML at Arsenal Biosciences, Inc. Previously, Sofia held positions at Illumina and 10X Genomics where Sofia focused on developing deep learning algorithms and probabilistic algorithms for genomic analysis. Sofia has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Athens University of Economics and Business. Additionally, Sofia has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University.
