Gemma Carter-Snee has extensive experience in operations management within the tourism and retail sectors, currently serving as the Retail, Tour and Museum Operations Controller at Arsenal F.C. since November 2013. Responsibilities include leading a large team, overseeing P&L, and developing strategies to enhance visitor experience while managing budgets and operational improvements.
