Eoin Clarkin is an experienced professional in strength and conditioning, currently serving as the Lead First Team Strength & Conditioning Coach and Lead First Team Rehabilitation S&C Coach for Arsenal W.F.C since April 2019. Previously, Eoin held the position of Head of Athletic Performance for the Republic of Ireland U21 Men's team from July 2020 to April 2023 and was the Head of Performance & Sports Science for Dundalk FC for a year prior. Eoin's career also includes significant roles at Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club and University College Dublin, where Eoin led performance and sports science initiatives for both senior and academy teams. Additionally, Eoin founded Advanced Athlete Development, focusing on strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes, and holds an MSc in Performance Science from Setanta College.
