Beth Leadbetter currently serves as the Academy Operations Coordinator at Arsenal F.C., a position held since September 2024. In July 2023, Beth founded Pitch Trips Ltd. Previously, Beth worked at Blackburn Rovers Football Club, where responsibilities included roles as Pre Academy Coach and Women's Team Operations from October 2023 to September 2024. Between May 2017 and November 2023, Beth was the Pre Academy Director at Southern Soccer Academy, overseeing operations at the Paulding and Kennesaw locations. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director and Academy Trainer at Challenger Sports from June 2015 to November 2019, and an internship as Assistant Sport Scientist at Blackburn Rovers Ladies Football Club's Regional Talent Centre from November 2015 to May 2016. Early career experience includes a role as Shop Assistant at Walmer Grove Farm Shop from September 2008 to September 2013. Beth holds a Master's degree in Sport Administration from Georgia State University (2020-2022), a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Edge Hill University (2013-2016), and a BTEC in Health and Social Care from Cardinal Newman College Preston (2011-2013).
