Benedict Fritz is the Co-Founder at Arrows. Benedict has been in the software industry for over 10 years. Benedict got their start as an intern at Maverick Software Consulting. Benedict then went on to be a Team Leader for Wisconsin Emerging Scholars - Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Benedict then worked as Senior Developer / Product Lead at FadingRed before becoming an Independent Software Developer. Benedict's most recent position was at Team TumbleSeed where they were Lead Programmer and Co-Designer. Benedict has also been featured at SXSW, XOXO, IndieCade, and was an honorable mention at the 2017 Independent Games Festival.

Benedict Fritz's educational career began at Natick High School. Benedict then went on to study computer sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
