William Theakston has extensive experience in capital allocation and strategic analysis, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Arrow Global Group since March 2016, where previous roles included Manager of Capital Allocation and Portfolio Strategy Manager. Prior to joining Arrow Global Group, William worked as a Business Analyst at Fircroft, providing insights for operational performance across the organization, and completed a brief internship as a Pension, Life Assurance and Operational Monitoring Analyst at AdminRe UK. William's early career included roles such as Outbound Recruitment Agent at Research Opinions and advisory positions in accountancy, tax, and insurance sectors. Educationally, William holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics with Finance and another BSc in International Business, Finance, and Economics from The University of Manchester, complemented by A Levels and GCSEs from Brigg Sixth Form and Sir John Nelthorpe, respectively.
