Chad Pickett has a background in machining and quality control in the gearing industry. Chad has experience working as a Manufacturing Supervisor, Line Inspector, Class A Multifunction Machinist, and currently holds the role of Chief Inspector/QC Manager at Arrow Gear Company. Additionally, Chad worked as a Consultant providing expertise in quality and manufacturing. Chad's education includes attending Moraine Valley Community College in 1995-1997.
