Deborah Schiller, CPIA, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Lines Manager at Arrow Financial Corporation since September 2017. Previously, Deborah held positions as Commercial Lines Manager at Marshall & Sterling and Senior Marketing Representative at Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Deborah gained valuable experience as an Account Executive at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., specializing in property-casualty insurance within the Gallagher Construction Division, and as Manager of Commercial Lines at First Niagara Risk Management Inc., focusing on middle market commercial insurance. Deborah holds an Associates Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Hudson Valley Community College.
