Norman Neligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety, health, and security management. Currently serving as the Manager Safety & Health at Arrow Energy since April 2012, Norman oversees safety operations in the Surat and Bowen Basins, health planning, and emergency response, along with providing aviation advice for various missions. Prior to this role, Norman held significant positions including Health, Emergency and Security Manager at Intelligent Risks Group, where responsibilities included budget development and security consultancy for major international events and blue-chip companies. Earlier roles included Manager Information Security at the Queensland Department of Emergency Services, focusing on policy development for ICT security, and Manager Security Operations at Qantas Airways, where leadership encompassed the security of global aviation operations. Norman's academic background includes a Master of Defence Studies from the Australian Defence Force Academy and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics/Sociology from The University of Queensland.
