Joel Nielsen is a seasoned professional in health and safety management, currently serving as a Health & Safety Advisor (Client Rep) for Arrow Energy's Surat Gas Project, a significant multi-billion dollar initiative in Queensland. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Joel has held diverse roles, including Team Lead for Health, Safety & Environment at Arrow Energy, Regional Health & Safety Specialist at CS Energy, and HSS Development for Santos Ltd within the $19 Billion GLNG Coal Seam Gas Mega-Project. Previous positions include Lead HSSE Advisor for the esteemed $28 Billion QCLNG Mega-Project with QGC - Royal Dutch Shell and key roles at BMD Group as State System Coordinator & National Industrial HSEQ Manager. Joel's career commenced as a Robotics Specialist at Measuretek, where expertise in robotic survey technology was developed.
