Monica Varshney is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Business Partner Head at ARRISE, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Monica worked at Qualcomm as a Human Resources Business Partner from December 2016 to January 2022, and at Deloitte Consulting as an Assistant Manager from December 2010 to November 2013. Monica began a career in human resources at Mahindra Satyam, where the role of Senior Executive Human Resources was undertaken from July 2007 to December 2010. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Indira School of Management Studies (2005-2007) and a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology from Bharati Vidyapeeth (2002-2005), complemented by ISCE certification from DBMS Kadma High School.
