David Stanciu has extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as Senior Workforce Management at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since March 2023. Prior to this role, David worked with Pragmatic Play from September 2020 to May 2023, progressing through positions such as Senior Workforce Management, Senior Shift Staff Coordinator, Shift Staff Coordinator, and English dealer, where responsibilities included managing game tables and player interactions. Earlier experience includes roles as a barista and cashier at Good People, a food server at SC Rafy și Gaby SRL, and a waiter helper at Sc scorilo SRL. David holds a degree in Geography from the University of Bucharest and a High School Diploma in Filology from Colegiul Național Alexandru Lahovari.
