James Hind has a strong background in industrial design and has worked for Array Marketing and IDMD/Array Marketing. At Array Marketing, they have held several leadership roles including Director of Industrial Design, Director of Design & Development, and Creative Director. In these roles, they provided guidance and support to various design groups, led the development of processes and procedures, facilitated collaboration within departments, and maintained client relationships. Prior to joining Array Marketing, they worked as a Senior Industrial Designer at IDMD/Array Marketing.

James Hind attended Humber College from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Electronics Engineering Technology. James then continued their education at Humber College from 1992 to 1995, earning a Diploma in Industrial Design.
