Megan Ignacio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan is currently the Vice President at Array since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at HB Staffing, starting as a Recruiting Assistant in May 2017 and progressing to roles such as HR Operations Coordinator, Account Manager, and Senior Staffing Manager. Megan joined Fenix Consulting Group as a Senior Account Manager from March 2016 to July 2016. Megan also has a background in the food and fitness industry, having worked at Jamba Juice as an Interim General Manager and Shift Lead from November 2009 to March 2016, and at Frog's Fitness as an Operations Manager and Human Resources Administrator from March 2012 to December 2014.

Megan Ignacio's education history begins in 2003 when they earned their High School Diploma from Rancho Bernardo High School. Megan went on to attend California State University, Long Beach from 2007 to 2011 where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. In 2012 to 2013, Megan attended United Education Institute- San Marcos and earned a Pharmacy Technician Diploma. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, Megan studied at Cypress College and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration. Megan'seducational journey continued as they returned to California State University, Long Beach from 2016 to 2019, this time pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Additionally, in 2018, Megan obtained certification as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) from the American Staffing Association.
