Umair Solaija has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. In 2006, they worked as a Manager at Kl&b until 2007. From 2008 to 2015, they served as a Regional Operations Manager at Continental Superior Management Group, which is a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Franchisee. In 2010, they became a Restaurant General Manager at KFCC (YUM) until 2012.

In 2014, Umair founded Solaija Enterprises and held the position of Founder & President. In 2015, they founded TG's Cravings Burgers & Wings where they served as the Founder/Chief Operating Officer. From 2017 to 2020, they were the CEO of NY Construction.

In 2018, Umair joined Chef General Contractors Inc. as the Principal Chief Operations Officer until 2020. During the same period, they also worked as a Sales Executive at Chef Mart Restaurant Supply.

Currently, Umair Solaija is the Co-founder of Arrant Services since April 2022. Additionally, they have been the Principle & CEO of Arrant Construction since January 2020.

Umair Solaija completed their high school education at Atholton High School from 1999 to 2003. Umair pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. After completing high school, from 2003 to 2007, Umair attended American InterContinental University, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Administration.
