Barbara Patterson serves as Regional Director for North Carolina at Arosa since March 2021, also holding the title of Area Director. Prior experience includes Director of Sales & Marketing at Bartlett Reserve from February 2020 to March 2021, and General Manager for Durham, Orange, and Guilford Counties at Nurse Care of North Carolina from June 2014 to February 2020. Barbara Patterson previously worked as Business Office Manager at Bartlett Reserve and Sunrise Senior Living from August 2012 to February 2014, and as Case Management AA at WakeMed between September 2006 and August 2012. Early career roles include Banking Center Manager at Bank of America from January 1992 to October 1999, where Barbara was selected for a 10-month management training program. Barbara Patterson holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing certification from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
