Matthew Baker, GISP, is an experienced Geographic Information System Specialist currently working at Arora Engineers since September 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a GIS Specialist at LCEC from May 2021 to September 2022 and was the GIS/UAS Programs Manager for the South Carolina Aeronautics Commission from January 2011 to May 2021, where responsibilities included planning and implementing an enterprise GIS.
