Kshema Kurup is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leading communication strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Communications Lead for MyThali at Arogya World since June 2019, Kshema oversees all communication requirements, including design and management of the MyThali brand. Kshema also plays a key role as Communications Lead for Arogya World India Trust. Previous experience includes an Associate position at UNDP where communication materials were created for projects, and an Associate role at Justice and Care focusing on fundraising communications and social media management. Kshema began in the field as a Copywriting Intern at Phantom Ideas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication from the National Institute of Creative Communication, where Kshema studied various forms of visual media.
