Andrew Ruffin has accumulated substantial experience in financial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Outpatient Financial Analyst at Arnot Health since October 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Director of Finance at the Center for Disability Rights from October 2022 to October 2024. As Controller at Bethany Village in Horseheads, NY, between June 2019 and October 2022, Andrew was responsible for overseeing financial operations.
