Angelo Renoldi was born in Busto Arsizio (VA) in 1949. Graduated in business administration from Bocconi University, he is a chartered accountant and auditor.
Renoldi has been a professor of business management and value creation at the University of Bergamo since 1995, where he held the position of deputy pro-rector (from 1999 to 2009) and director of the SDM School of Management (from 2004 to 2008).
Author of numerous monographs on management and company valuation, he has published articles, contributions and insights in specialized journals and in collections of studies.
He carries out consultancy activities in the field of corporate transactions and company and intangible assets valuation and has been a party technical consultant for Italian and foreign companies in disputes in the field of Intellectual Property and unfair competition.
He has been a director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since November 2010.
Renoldi is chairman of the Board of Directors of Mediolanum Vita SpA and Mediolanum Assicurazioni SpA.
