Lesa Rair is a seasoned communications professional with a robust background in public affairs and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Arnold Ventures since November 2023, Rair has previously held key roles including Director of Public Affairs at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Director of Communications at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, as well as the National Academy for State Health Policy. Rair's career also includes positions at The Pew Charitable Trusts, GoRail, and the American Public Transportation Association, where expertise in advocacy communications and marketing was developed. Rair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Dayton.
