Amy Abdnor has over 13 years of experience in various roles related to complex care, policy advisory, and plan support. Amy is currently serving as the Director of Complex Care at Arnold Ventures, where they have been since November 2021. Prior to that, they had worked as the Manager of Complex Care at the same organization from September 2019 to November 2021. Amy has also held positions as Vice President and Senior Policy Advisor at Healthsperien from February 2017 to August 2019. Amy has experience in plan support as the Assistant Director of Plan Support at the Association for Community Affiliated Plans from April 2014 to February 2017. Additionally, Amy has served as a Research Associate at Georgetown University Center on Health Insurance Reforms from October 2013 to April 2014, where they focused on analyzing and tracking strategic policy decisions related to health insurance exchanges. Amy started their career as an Executive Project Manager at MDwise, Inc. from August 2011 to October 2013. Prior to that, Amy worked as a Field Organizer for an Indiana Political Party from August 2010 to November 2010. Amy also gained legislative experience as a Legislative Intern in the United States Senate from September 2009 to December 2009. Amy's earlier experience includes serving as a Government Relations Intern at St Vincent's Health from May 2008 to August 2008.

Amy Abdnor attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Health Administration.
