Janet Robin has had extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and office management. Janet started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Debevoise & Plimpton in 1986 and then worked as a Marketing Assistant at American Healthcare Institute from 1987 to 1988. In 1988, they joined Vinson & Elkins as a Human Resources Specialist, where they worked until 1992. Janet then served as a Benefits Administrator at Intersolv, Inc. from 1992 to 1993. Janet then worked as an Office Manager at Jackson Kelly PLLC from 1993 to 1996, followed by a role as a Human Resources Manager at Carr Maloney P.C. from 1996 to 1998. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where they worked from 1998 to present.

Janet Robin attended the University of Maryland from 1982 to 1985, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
