Janet then worked as an Office Manager at Jackson Kelly PLLC from 1993 to 1996, followed by a role as a Human Resources Manager at Carr Maloney P.C. from 1996 to 1998. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where they worked from 1998 to present.
