Eliza Arnold has a varied work experience, starting with a position as a Teacher's Assistant at R.E.A.D. Nola in 2010. In 2012, they took on the role of Award Writer and Editor at Katerva. From 2013-2016, they worked at McCann Health in various roles, including Senior Copywriter, Associate Copywriter, Editor, and Assistant. In 2013, they also served as a Research Fellow at The Anna Julia Cooper Project on Gender, Race, and Politics in the South. In 2016, they joined Grey Group as an ACD/Copywriter and Copywriter. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded Arnie.

Eliza Arnold attended Tulane University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science, International Development, and Philosophy.
