Tricia Pritchard serves as the Director of Community Employment Development at Butler County Community College, where responsibilities include organizing the Personal Empowerment Training certificate program focused on Emotional Intelligence and overseeing sessions aimed at various community groups, particularly those affected by addiction and trauma. In addition to this role, Tricia Pritchard is an Adjunct Professor and Workforce Development Trainer, teaching courses such as Public Speaking and Intercultural Communication. Through Tricia Pritchard Consulting, Tricia Pritchard provides customized communication training and motivational speaking services to various organizations.
