Casey Waughn is a Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and White-Collar Associate at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, with expertise in white-collar criminal defense, privacy, and data security. Waughn possesses extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations concerning privacy, consumer protection, derivatives, securities, cryptocurrency, and fraud. In addition to current responsibilities, Waughn serves as an Adjunct Professor at SLU LAW and previously worked as a Policy Fellow at The Future of Privacy Forum, focusing on youth and education privacy. Earlier experience includes serving as a Rule 13 Student Attorney at the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office and a legal intern at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, among other roles.
