Ben Ingram serves as the Executive Director of Real Estate at Armstrong International, leading executive searches for property companies, developers, investors, consultancies, and private landowners across the UK and Europe since March 2021. Previously, Ben was an Associate Partner and Head of Real Estate at Odgers Berndtson, managing the Real Estate Practice in Berwick from April 2014 to March 2021. Early career experiences include founding CapVen as a Search Consultant focused on the Finance and Real Estate sectors and serving as Regional Director for Asia and the UK & Europe at Cobalt Recruitment, where Ben established offices and directed executive search campaigns. The career began as a Graduate at Deloitte & Touche after completing education at Newcastle University and Harrow School.
