Joshua Allington is an accomplished HRIS Manager with extensive experience in human resources information systems. Currently employed at Armstrong International since February 2020, Joshua has progressed from HRIS Specialist to HRIS Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Tier II Technical Support Specialist at the Health & Safety Institute from January 2019 to February 2020, as well as various positions at Head Start for Kent County from November 2012 to January 2019, including Compliance Monitor, Receptionist, and Custodian. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Grand Valley State University, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Rapids Community College, earned from 2014 to 2017.
