Carrie Pechota (Storozynski), MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Carrie is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at ARMStrong Receivable Management. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the human resources function within the company.

Prior to their current position, Carrie worked at Tandem HR from 2017 to 2022. During their time at Tandem HR, they held several roles, including Manager, HR Business Partners, HR Manager, Strategic Accounts, and Senior Human Resources Consultant. In these roles, they led teams and provided strategic support and client service to companies of various sizes and industries. Carrie also played a key role in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing high-risk employee relations, and ensuring a holistic approach to client service.

Before joining Tandem HR, Carrie worked as the Human Resources Director at Lauterbach & Amen, LLP from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they directed the strategy of the human resources department and ensured compliance with employment laws. Carrie also managed relationships with vendors, carriers, and brokers.

Prior to their role at Lauterbach & Amen, LLP, Carrie worked at Tandem HR from 2010 to 2015. Carrie held roles as a Senior HR Consultant and HR Generalist during their time at the company. Carrie provided strategic support to multiple companies across various industries and was responsible for day-to-day activities with clients.

Carrie's early career includes a role as a Human Resource Coordinator at Menards from 2007 to 2010, where they gained experience in coordinating human resources activities. Carrie also worked as a Human Resources Intern at First Investors Corporation in 2006.

Carrie Pechota (Storozynski) holds an MBA degree and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Carrie Pechota (Storozynski) holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business between 2003 and 2007.

In terms of certifications, Carrie earned the SHRM - CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in November 2015. In December 2012, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
