Steve Felsher has decades of experience in finance, administration, governance, capital allocation and other aspects of public and private company management. Much of Steve’s career was spent at Grey Global Group Inc., a publicly traded global marketing services company where he served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for financial management, human resources, capital formation, corporate development, investor relations and acquisitions. Steve also served as President of Grey Ventures, Grey’s proprietary venture capital arm. Following the sale of Grey, Steve served almost a decade as active senior advisor at Quadrangle Group. LLC where he oversaw fund investments in telecom, telecom services and media. Steve has been involved as a board member, advisor or consultant for numerous public and private companies. In addition, among other philanthropic endeavors, Steve is a trustee of Brooklyn Academy of Music and the BAM Endowment Trust, and has been a director of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of America, and a fellow, trustee and the treasurer of the New York Academy of Medicine. Steve is a graduate of of Dickinson College and Yale Law School, and fellow of the The Thomas J. Watson Foundation.
