Shahar Shefler is an experienced Technical Support Team Leader at Armis, having held roles in technical support management and engineering since 2013. With expertise in Linux, networking, SQL, Docker, AWS, and web technologies, Shahar manages escalations, defines processes, mentors team members, and leads technical investigations.
