Amina Sabeur currently serves as a Colonel (RC) at the Centre d’études stratégiques aérospatiales within Armée de l’air et de l’espace since September 2022. Amina has also held multiple leadership roles at the French-American Foundation - France since June 2016, including Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director, overseeing programs in Young Leaders and Cyber Security, as well as strategic partnerships and event management. Amina is a Senior Lecturer at Sciences Po Lille and has experience as a Program Manager there since September 2005. Previous professional endeavors include founding Captain B, a restaurant, and working as a Research Officer at the World Health Organization on the MASSIVEGOOD Project, along with roles at the French Embassy in Egypt and as a Research Assistant at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs. Amina's educational background includes degrees from Sciences Po and the École de Guerre, as well as a Master of Arts from Sciences Po Lille.
