Stella Tangiyan is a seasoned researcher specializing in political violence, conflict, and social movements, currently serving as a Senior Researcher at the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED) since November 2020, where work involves data collection and analysis related to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and the Baltic States. In addition to this role, Stella contributes as a Labour and Education Policy Researcher at PPMI and is a National Committee Member for UWC Armenia, engaging in admissions processes and evaluating applicants. Previous experience includes assisting at UWC Dilijan College, serving as a Legislative Campaign Fellow, and leading the SOAR Hartford Chapter. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations from Central European University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Human Rights Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
