Eva C. is an experienced professional in program coordination and donor relations, currently serving as the Associate Coordinator for Programs & External Relations at the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED) since September 2020. Responsibilities include engaging with various stakeholders, providing technical advice on donor engagement, and developing monitoring and evaluation processes. Prior roles include Outreach and Development Officer at ACLED, where fundraising and program management were key focuses, and Donor Relations & EU Affairs Assistant at UNRWA, where donor portfolio management and political strategy development were emphasized. Eva’s background includes a Master of Arts in International Conflict and Security from the Brussels School of International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University. Currently, Eva is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Climate Change and Climate Adaptation from the University of Maine.
