Adam Bajer is a seasoned professional in the power industry, currently serving as the Business Unit Director for Power at ARMATURY Group a.s. since February 2022. Their prior experience includes leadership roles at Doosan Å koda Power, where Bajer held positions as Head of Sales & Execution in the Service department and Head of the Retrofit & Modernization department from May 2015 to January 2022. Earlier, at Å koda Power, Bajer progressed from Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager and Key Account Manager from December 2005 to April 2015. Bajer holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, and an M.B.A. from Meta Business School, completed in 2016.
