Rachelle also has experience as a Managing Partner and Retail Experience Capability Consultant at OLIVER Agency and BBH London. Furthermore, Rachelle served as the Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi X, where Rachelle successfully doubled the business and led the agency into profit. Additionally, Rachelle was the Chair of Agency Recognition at the Marketing Agencies Association (MAA).
