Will Reilly is an accomplished enterprise sales professional currently working at Armada since January 2025. As a co-founder of The Hooper Collective since January 2018, Will has focused on driving sustainability through economic growth. Previous experience includes a sales position at Gecko Robotics, Inc. from August 2023 to January 2025, and serving as Head of Growth and Founding Account Executive at Pursuit Enterprises, Inc. from July 2021 to July 2023. Will has also held roles at St. Xavier High School as Director of Alumni Relations & Special Events, Nature Adventures Outfitters as Director of Expeditions, and lululemon athletica as Assistant Director of Creativity and Educator. Early career experience includes a copywriting internship at Roadtrippers. Will holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Xavier University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from Miami University.
