Edward Sumcad serves as the Assistant Division Manager for Election Worker Services at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk since June 2014, with prior experience as the Countywide Records Manager and Archivist. Responsibilities include directing the operational delivery of the County records management program, developing strategies for continuous improvement in records and information management, and overseeing compliance with legislation. Edward is also a Board Member of ARMA International, contributing to the professional development of records management in Southern California. Edward's educational background includes a BA in English and Biology from UC Irvine, a Master’s in Archives and Records Administration from San Jose State University, and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
