Shaohua Shi is an experienced professional in government affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Arm. Previously, Shaohua Shi held the position of Government Relations Director at HP and served as Vice Director at Chofn Intellectual Property Research Institute. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager at the China Industrial Control System Cyber Emergency Response Team of MIIT and Consultant at the Chinese Electronics Standardization Institute. Shaohua Shi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Minzu University of China.
