Patience Brown is a seasoned professional in customer experience and business management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo) since November 2015. With a strong foundation in retail operations and fund administration, Patience has held various leadership roles, including Head of E-Payment & Settlement Unit and Senior Business Analyst in Strategic Planning and Management. Previous experience includes roles at Asset and Resource Management Limited and United Capital Plc, focusing on customer service and client management. Patience holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and a BSc in Computer Science from Lagos State University, complemented by an Ordinary National Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Auchi.
