Mary France Ciso has extensive experience in vendor management and customer care, currently serving as Vendor Manager Tech Support - Operations at Arlo Technologies, Inc. since July 2018. In this role, Mary France evaluates and drives vendor efficiency by analyzing production reports, staff plans, and agent scorecards, while also presenting KPI performance reports to leadership. Prior to this, Mary France held various positions, including Customer Care Escalations Lead and Senior Customer Care Advocate at NETGEAR from March 2013 to July 2018. Mary France holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
